Helix uses the latest in CAD/CAM technology to design the 1928-1948 Ford Spindle, ensuring a long life and smooth operation. Helix spindles are one piece drop-forged 4140 steel. Be aware of unsafe, cheap castings that are prone to snapping off, creating a deadly situation in a moving vehicle. Use 1937-41 king pins.

Application For Ford axles 1928-1948. Ford spindles are your top choice when using an original Ford axle or an after market I-beam axle. Ford used the same king pin dimensions and geometry on the 1928-48 axles, therefore you can use any 1937-48 Ford spindle on any 1928-48 car axle.
