Trim plate can be installed both vertically or horizontally. Kit is sold in pairs for both left and right installation. Hardware included. Release mechanism mounts directly to your vehicle latch. Add AutoLoc's Cable Extension Kit or Pulley Cable Extension Kit to connect the knobs to your latch.
