No need to modify anything, just bolt on and go with your GM rear calipers. Each bracket is CNC precision made to insure a great fit and a long life of smooth operation.
Includes caliper brackets, spacer plates, adapter plates, spacers, shims, and hardware. Fits both 5 on 4-1/2" and 5 on 4-3/4" bolt circles.
Please note this is for 15 Inch and larger wheels only and does NOT work on 50's 9" or pickup housing
