The Helix Universal Solid Axle Hair Pin Kit provides the components needed to build a traditional custom front suspension using a 4-inch dropped drilled beam axle and classic hairpin radius rod suspension design.

Designed for universal fabrication projects, this kit allows builders to create a traditional hot rod style front end on custom chassis where vehicle-specific suspension systems may not be available. The 46-inch axle width configuration provides flexibility for a wide range of custom cars, street rods, rat rods, and classic truck builds.

The hairpin suspension design offers a proven method of locating the front axle while delivering the traditional appearance associated with early hot rods. The drilled 4-inch dropped axle lowers the vehicle stance while maintaining proper suspension travel and delivering the iconic custom look enthusiasts expect.

Supplied in a raw steel finish, this basic kit allows complete customization through paint, powder coating, polishing, or other finishing methods.
