With Helix's solid axle front end kits, you get the same geometrically correct setup but with brand new tooling and a cleaner manufacturing process for a much higher show-quality appearance and performance.

The Helix Universal Solid Axle Hair Pin Kit provides a complete foundation for building a right-hand-drive custom hot rod front suspension using a traditional 4-inch dropped drilled beam axle and classic hairpin radius rod suspension design.

Designed for universal fabrication applications, this kit allows builders and chassis fabricators to create custom early-style solid axle front ends for hot rods, street rods, rat rods, classic trucks, and custom vehicles where a vehicle-specific suspension package is not required.

The 46-inch axle width configuration offers versatility for a wide variety of custom chassis designs. The traditional hairpin radius rod layout provides the iconic early hot rod appearance while delivering a proven method of locating and controlling the front axle.

The drilled dropped axle design adds the classic vintage appearance associated with traditional hot rods, featuring the recognizable lightening-hole styling preferred by custom builders.

Supplied in a raw steel finish, this kit allows complete customization through paint, powder coating, polishing, or additional fabrication.
